The words above may inspire some and evoke determination, while others might feel unwelcome. The health and fitness industry has evolved in various directions over the last couple of decades, making it challenging to determine the best course to take.

I have been a Certified Personal Trainer since 2017, and over the years, my peers have told me that dozens of programs were the ‘best.’ However, the truth is that there is no one-size-fits-all solution when it comes to health and fitness. It is entirely based on the individual, and finding what works best for you can take time and patience

In my Health & Fitness posts, I will never guarantee anything. While this approach might frustrate some readers, I personally believe it’s a responsible stance. I’ll share my opinion, provide suggestions, and offer ideas for you to explore—all based on my own experience and training.

My goal is to share what I’ve learned through years of trial and error, with the hope that it may assist someone on their own journey toward better health and fitness. I also hope more people realize that health doesn’t have to conform to a specific mold. Incorporating intentional movement and colorful foods into your life should be an exciting endeavor!
